What this site is for

This website describes emission monitoring sensors and related services so you can see what we supply and install, then contact us. It is not an offer to sell a specific instrument at a published price, and it is not legal, engineering or regulatory advice.

Catalogues, specifications and standards

Product names, ranges, accuracy figures and listed standards on this site are indicative. The instrument we propose for your site, and any manufacturer certificates that apply, are confirmed only in a written quotation or contract. We do not warrant that every catalogued item holds every standard mentioned as typical, or that a configuration will meet a permit until we have reviewed your conditions.

Case studies and industry notes describe typical deployment types. They are not guarantees of results at your site.

Enquiries

Sending the contact form or an email is a request for information, not an order. We will try to reply promptly during ordinary business hours in Accra. Response times are not a contractual service level unless we agree them in writing.

You must provide accurate contact details and must not use the form to send unlawful, misleading or harmful content. We may refuse or ignore submissions we believe are spam or abuse. How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy.

Supply of goods and services

Installation, calibration, training, spare parts and any service levels are agreed separately. Website copy about support does not create a service-level agreement. Title, warranty, delivery and liability for equipment follow the contract we sign with you (or, if none, the terms on the quotation you accept).

Acceptable use

You must not:

• attempt to break into, overload or reverse-engineer the site;
• scrape the site in a way that harms our service;
• misrepresent your identity when contacting us;
• use our names, logos or content to suggest we endorse you without our written consent.

Intellectual property

Text, layout, photographs and the Lioncrown name on this site belong to Lioncrown Limited or our licensors. You may view pages for your own internal evaluation. You may not copy the catalog for resale or present it as your own. Partner logos remain the property of those organisations.

Third-party sites

Links to Instagram, TikTok or other sites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Liability

This website is provided as a general introduction. To the extent permitted by Ghanaian law, Lioncrown Limited is not liable for loss arising from reliance on website copy alone, from downtime, or from third-party sites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

For contracted work, the limitation of liability in that contract applies instead of this paragraph.

Changes

We may update these terms and the website at any time. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last revised. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. The courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of this website, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
